This assessment looks at your whole home and how you live in it, and identifies ways to improve your comfort and energy bills in the long term.
The home energy assessment is a detailed on site assessment aimed at:
Your assessor will take a detailed look at the building shell, heating and cooling, hot water and lighting, as well as any solar PV/batteries at your home.
Any relevant rebates or incentives to help you with your upgrades will also be noted.
Depending on your preferences (e.g. for DIY or professional upgrades), priorities, budget and how long you plan to remain in the home, the assessment can be tailored to be as simple or as detailed as needed.
Follow up written report with tailored advice 1-2 weeks after the visit.
