Qualified Home Sustainability and Thermal Performance Assessor I'm an Upwey resident with a passion for sustainability and the environment. I want to see my kids grow up on a healthy planet and give them a healthy home.
I know how important a comfortable home is for your health (physical and mental) so have done a lot of research into home energy efficiency and put that into practice in my own home. I come from a science background and previously worked for over 10 years in air quality monitoring. Over the years, I have become more and more concerned about climate change, and wanted to redirect my career to have a greater impact. I trained in home sustainability assessment and now offer home energy efficiency and comfort consulting services. Previously I worked as an Energy Adviser for a community energy advice service. Through that job I got to meet many different people and support them to make their home more energy efficient and comfortable. Working as an Energy Adviser inspired me to set out on my own and Be Comfy was born... I'm really looking forward to helping many more people to achieve a comfy, energy efficient home with low running costs. |
