Caroline is a very professional energy advisor who is passionate about helping us both reduce our energy bills and therefore lighten our footprint on the planet.
She was meticulous in assessing our home under the government's comprehensive residential efficiency scorecard program. This process gave us an independent assessment of how our home rates compared to the average home, which we found enlightening.
However, her real value to us, was in listening to our needs, understanding our context and then making numerous recommendations as to how to improve our energy use. These recommendations were prioritised based on biggest impact and included cost estimates plus additional useful information to ensure effective implementation.

Caroline was incredibly helpful and detailed in her assessment of my apartment, offering insights into the scorecard assessment system and noting where improvements could be made for both improving the overall score but also noting how certain improvements may be more impactful but not necessarily captured (as much as you'd expect) in the assessment process.
