This detailed on site assessment will review your building shell, major appliances (heating, cooling, hot water), lighting, solar PV and any pools or spas.
Details and evidence will be collected and input into the Scorecard tool, in order to generate a Residential Efficiency Scorecard Certificate. The Certificate gives a star rating indicating the running costs of your home, as well as a comfort rating in hot and cold weather and an assessment of the energy efficiency of your major appliances. The Scorecard certificate outlines cost effective upgrades to improve running costs, comfort and energy efficiency. We also provide a detailed and tailored report to accompany the certificate, outlining staged upgrades in line with your budget and priorities. Any relevant rebates or incentives to help you with your upgrades will also be noted. A finalised Scorecard certificate and detailed written report will be emailed 1 week after the assessment.
